On the Cup&Cino BreakfastRun, you don't just run through Salzburg - you run through stories. Following in the footsteps of important personalities, the route takes you from the Volksgarten past places where Salzburg greats such as Karajan, Nannerl Mozart and Erika Pluhar were born and, like Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, took their first steps - perhaps even their first running steps.

An ongoing exploration with soul, memories and charm. At the end, a deliciously fragrant breakfast awaits you in the Cup&Cino Coffee House. Anyone who has experienced Salzburg like this will never see it the same again. You should be there. Absolutely.

You walk through scenes that you have long known - from „The Sound of Music“, „Knight and Day“ or „The Dead of Salzburg“. Through winding alleyways, across elegant squares and past iconic film sets.

The Cup&Cino BreakfastRun turns the city into a canvas and you into the main character. You start in the Volksgarten - and finish in style in the Cup&Cino Coffee House over an Oscar-worthy breakfast. A morning like in the film - only real.

This Cup&Cino BreakfastRun takes you to where Salzburg shows its second face: Back entrances to theatres, hidden courtyards, less ostentatious addresses and once disreputable alleyways. Places with stories that you would otherwise only discover by chance - or never.

The start is in the Volksgarten, the finale is a stylish breakfast in the Cup&Cino Coffee House. A run like a peek behind the curtain - quiet, charming, unforgettable.

This Cup&Cino BreakfastRun is all about strong women & green places. It will be a silent homage to strength, change and self-evidence. The route takes you through green retreats and quiet alleyways - places where attitude becomes visible and history has a quiet effect.

It's not about grand gestures, but about presence. About paths that are otherwise overlooked. The start is in the Volksgarten, the finish a breakfast in the Cup&Cino Coffee House - Light, invigorating, just right.

This Cup&Cino BreakfastRun takes you in an open space to important works of art of the Salzburg Foundation. You run through the city of Mozart, which does not hide its art, but lets you encounter it at every turn. You run from installation to sculpture, taking in shapes, colours and perspectives as you pass by.

No museum, no threshold - just you, the city and its stories. Start in the Volksgarten, in the Cup&Cino Coffee House your breakfast is waiting. A morning that you not only run, but keep.

Registration & Information

• Registration will open shortly.
• Registration took place via our registration platform from Datasport away.
• Entry fee/registration fee (all processing and service fees are included):
  Contingent one to three: 29 euros
  Registration last-minute (if available): 40 euro

Racing documents

• Pick up your starting documents on Friday, 16 May 2025 from 1pm to 7pm at the SportMall in the Volksgarten Ice Arena - Hermann-Bahr-Promenade 2, 5020 Salzburg.

Arrival & Parking

• We recommend that you travel to Salzburg by public transport - relaxed, sustainable, sporty!
  Excellent train connections from the Westbahn line (from Vienna), from the Tauern line (south) and from Bavaria & Tyrol.
  good connections to the international airports in Vienna and Munich.
• International accessibility via Salzburg Airport.
• If you are arriving by car, we recommend the Park & Ride zones at the start and changing to the O-Bus in the city area. Paid parking garages (e.g. Mönchsberggarage, Barmherzige Brüder) are available close to the center.
• IMPORTANT: There are no parking spaces available at the event site in the Volksgarten.

Information about the start

• The Cup&Cino breakfast run will start at 08:30 on 16 May 2026.
• The start is in front of the entrance to the Eisarena in the Volksgarten Salzburg.
• The individual groups start one after the other and with a slight time lag.
