You've definitely never experienced Salzburg like this! Choose one of the four running routes of the Cup&Cino breakfast run.

Salzburg's most famous son is omnipresent in the city. His personality and his work are the main point of reference in the international presentation of the city.

At the Cup&Cino breakfast run we offer a special harmony between culture and sport and run through the most important places in the old town, which are reminiscent of the life and work of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

With modern contemporary art, internationally renowned artists have given the old town of Salzburg a special touch. Sensational art, embedded in public space, as a special everyday backdrop with bizarreness.

During the Cup&Cino breakfast run, we naturally complete the “Walk of Modern Art” at a relaxed pace. A special museum exhibition in the middle of public life.

The rich historical heritage of Salzburg is known worldwide and attracts hundreds of thousands of people from all parts of the world every year.

During the Cup&Cino breakfast run you will learn exclusive stories and anecdotes about the history of Mozart's city that are certainly not found in any travel guide.

As wonderful, as cosmopolitan, as positive and multicultural as the city of Mozart is today, Salzburg also has its downsides in its history. That's why we commemorate the victims of the Nazi regime on this route. The stations offer the most important memorials and memorials in the city center.

Remembering the victims of the Nazi regime plays an important role in Salzburg. And the Running Festival in Mozart City is a peaceful and inclusive together in a great atmosphere.

• the pre-registration is open from August 12, 2024 to May 4, 2025.
• Registration took place via our registration platform from Datasport away.
• Entry fee/registration fee (all processing and service fees are included in the entry fee):
  29 euros (until 4 May 2025)
  39 Euro (registration on site)
• Registration via form: Please fill in correctly the registration form for the breakfast run send it by e-mail to us.

Starting documents

• Get your starting documents from the SportMall in the Eisarena Volksgarten from – Hermann-Bahr-Promenade 2.

  • Friday, 16 May 2025 from 1pm to 7pm

Arrival & Parking

• We recommend that you travel to Salzburg by public transport - relaxed, sustainable, sporty!

  • excellent train connections from the Westbahn line (from Vienna), from the Tauern line (south) and from Bavaria & Tyrol. Good connection to the international airports in Vienna and Munich.
• International accessibility via Salzburg Airport.
• If you are arriving by car, we recommend the Park & Ride zones at the start and changing to the O-Bus in the city area. Paid parking garages (e.g. Mönchsberggarage, Barmherzige Brüder) are available close to the center.
• IMPORTANT: There are no parking spaces available at the event site in the Volksgarten.

Information about the start

• The Cup&Cino breakfast run will start on May 17, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
• The start is in front of the entrance to the Eisarena in the Volksgarten Salzburg.
• The individual groups start one after the other and with a slight time lag.
