Excellent train connections from the western railway line (from Vienna), from the Tauern line (south) and from Bavaria & Tyrol.
Good connections to the international airports in Vienna and Munich.
You can also use public transport to get around the city on the weekend of the event. Your start number and your registration confirmation (start pass) are valid as a ticket in the city area fare zone on the competition days.
If you are travelling by car, we recommend using the Park & Ride areas on the outskirts of the city and then changing to the trolleybus once you are in the city centre. There are paid car parks available close to the city centre (e.g. Mönchsberggarage, Barmherzige Brüder).
IMPORTANT: There are no parking spaces available at the event site in the Volksgarten.
