"One Mile for a Smile"

At the Coca-Cola integration run on Saturday at 6:45 p.m. the motto is: lace up your running shoes and do good. More than 550 runners give children in Austria, Africa, India and South America a smile by completing a mile that starts and finishes at Mirabellplatz and one of support eight charity projects.

The running festivals in the city of Mozart around the 15th Salzburg Marathon offer the stage on which eight charities present with their charity projects: Verein Jojo, panairobi, Wayna Warma, SoriNatu, Hiketides, Little Flowers, mirno more peace fleet and Lebenshilfe Salzburg They all receive donations for charitable projects that benefit children in need at home and abroad.

Charity, integration and inclusion

The Coca-Cola integration run is an exemplary initiative of the Running Festival in the City of Mozart together with the charity partners of the event. By selling the starting numbers directly through the charity organizations, they were able to generate an automatic donation. The organizer provided the start numbers for a small contribution to printing costs.

At the Coca-Cola integration run, not only is charity a top priority, but the participants also send out a strong message for integration and inclusion. Like last year, the Special Olympics Austria national floorball team will take part in the Coca-Cola integration run.
