Sports Day in the Kurgarten

For the fourth time in a row, the "Day of Sports" is taking place in the Kurgarten as part of the running festival in the city of Mozart, organized this year by the Salzburg Marathon and the LSO in cooperation. The "Day of Sports" is an exemplary initiative of Salzburg Sports, which presents itself and what it has to offer on an attractive stage in front of around 2,500 children and their companions as well as the people of Salzburg interested in sports and provides the best entertainment with spectacular stage performances.  

"We offer sports and exercise for everyone"

“The Salzburg sports associations and clubs present various sports and put together an attractive program for adults and children. Another important concern for me is the integration of disabled sports. We in Salzburg offer sports and exercise for everyone from young to older,” emphasizes Provincial Councilor Martina Berthold.

While the children and young people can actively benefit from the great offer and try out various sports themselves, their parents have the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information.
