Day of Sports enthusiastic kids

At today's "Sports Day" in the Kurgarten, the children were able to see for themselves that the Salzburg Marathon is not just about running. 14 Salzburg sports associations presented themselves and their sports and gave the kids the opportunity between 12:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to get a taste of the broad world of sports as they pleased. The "Day of Sports" was organized in cooperation with the LSO and took place for the fourth time in a row as part of the Salzburg Marathon.

Large range of sports

Dedicated representatives of 14 sports associations gave the children and their families the great opportunity to find out about the wide range of sports on offer in Salzburg and even try out one or the other sport for themselves. Fencing, judo, karate, ice hockey, floorball, table tennis and rock climbing were just some of the sports that the kids could choose from on site.
