Not only the new, later date is new. The running festival in the city of Mozart is getting a new home. The main competitions on Sunday - the 16th Salzburg Marathon, the Sparkasse Half Marathon, the 10K Salzburg CityRun and the new 4-person relay marathon - return to the historic center of the city of Mozart. The starting area is on Ferdinand-Hanusch-Platz and in Griesgasse, the finish line on the red carpet in Hofstallgasse, directly in front of the world-famous Salzburg Festival Hall.

The Friday and Saturday competitions take place in the Volksgarten, where the Salzburg Running Festival has a refreshing and natural event area at its disposal. The SportMall@Salzburg Marathon takes place in the ice arena in the Volksgarten.
