March 17 – LongJog in Hellbrunn V

Exactly two months to the day before the start of the 2019 Running Festival in the City of Mozart, we ordered extra sunshine and wonderful spring temperatures so that the fifth running meeting as part of the Long Jogs in Hellbrunn, led by RunAustria head coach Johannes Langer, will be an absolute pleasure. At the same time, these long runs together are ideal for preparing for the competitions of the Salzburg run weekend from 17th to 19th. May 2019. The starting signal for the running club will be given on Sunday, March 17 at 10 a.m. in Hellbrunn Palace Park (Entrance to the children's playground).

The best thing is: The preparatory runs for the Salzburg Marathon and the Salzburg Women's Run are free and open to all running enthusiasts! By being divided into different groups, all participants enjoy pleasant company and can move at their own pace.

The program for the fifth preparatory run on Sunday, March 17, 2019:

  • Joint warm-up with activation, mobilization and coordination exercises
  • Long jog: either calm and leisurely (approx. 45 minutes), committed (approx. 65-70 minutes) or marathon preparation (approx. 100 minutes pure running time, kilometer times 5:00+)
  • Short run and relaxing exercises
