March 31 – Long jog at Hellbrunn
In glorious spring weather, the sixth running meeting as part of the LongJogs in Hellbrunn, led by RunAustria head coach Johannes Langer, is on the program on Sunday. These long runs together are ideal for preparing for the competitions of the Running Festival in the City of Mozart from May 17th to 19th, 2019. The starting signal for the running club will be fired on Sunday, March 31 at 10 a.m. in Hellbrunn Palace Park (Entrance to the children's playground). This time, early risers have a particular advantage - please note the time change from Saturday to Sunday at night.
The best thing is: The preparatory runs for the Salzburg Marathon and the Salzburg Women's Run are free and open to all running enthusiasts! By being divided into different groups, all participants enjoy pleasant company and can move at their own pace.
#RunUp - and start with momentum in the summer time 2019!
The program for the sixth preparatory run on Sunday, March 31, 2019:
• Joint warm-up with activation, mobilization and coordination exercises
• Long jog: either calm and leisurely (approx. 50 minutes), committed (approx. 70-75 minutes) or marathon preparation (approx. two hours pure running time, kilometer times 5:00+)
• Short run-out and relaxing exercises
