February 2nd – LongJog in Hellbrunn II

Be there when spring comes by to kiss the Salzburg running scene awake. Because the running festival in the city of Mozart from May 15th to 17th, 2020 is already casting its shadow and the Salzburg runners have long since intensified their preparations for the Salzburg run highlight. For the second Running club in Hellbrunn on Sunday at 10 a.m., the best running conditions are forecast with temperatures climbing towards a double-digit value - optimal running weather in winter 2020.

The Sundays LongJogs in preparation for the competitions around the Salzburg Marathon and the Salzburg Women's Run in the wonderful surroundings of the Hellbrunn Palace and its spacious parks free offer from Club RunAustria to the Salzburg running scene. So nothing stands in the way of an atmospheric active Sunday for every running enthusiast. The experienced qualified trainer and Salzburg marathon organizer Johannes Langer leads the running clubs with the usual competence and is happy to answer questions and provide tips.

Meeting point: Hellbrunn Palace Park (entrance to the children's playground)

The top priority for the LongJogs is that they have something in common Run at a comfortable pace and at a suitable distance. Therefore, the participants are divided into groups in order to find the ideal individual level of performance. The goal for the first running meeting is a calm and medium effort.

The program for the LongJog on Sunday, February 2nd in Hellbrunn

– 15 minute warm-up – activation, mobilization, coordination

– Long Jog:
    a) quiet and comfortable – Run&Walk (approx. 45 minutes)
    b) committed (approx. 75 minutes)
    c) Marathonis (about 90 minutes

– CoolDown: five minutes running down and relaxing exercises
