March 8 – LongJog in Hellbrunn V

"Day of the Runners" – that's the motto for the fifth Running club in preparation for the running festival in the city of Mozart around the 12th Salzburg Women's Run and the 17th Salzburg Marathon in Hellbrunn – on the day of the (sporty) woman.

Join us and be active – on Sunday, March 8th at 10 a.m. in Hellbrunner Park!

The Sundays LongJogs in preparation for the running festival in the city of Mozart in the wonderful surroundings of the pleasure palace Hellbrunn and its spacious parks free offer from Club RunAustria to the Salzburg running scene. So nothing stands in the way of an atmospheric active Sunday for every running enthusiast and every running enthusiast with targeted running training. The experienced qualified trainer and Salzburg marathon organizer Johannes Langer runs the running clubs with his usual competence and is happy to offer tips and advice to women. Especially on the "Day of the Runners" Ruth Langer, the organizer of the women's run, is at his side with a focus on training for runners and walkers.

Meeting point: Hellbrunn Palace Park (entrance to the children's playground)

Has top priority with the LongJogs running together at a comfortable pace and at a suitable distance. Therefore, the participants are divided into groups in order to find the ideal individual level of performance.

The program for the LongJog on Sunday, March 8th in Hellbrunn

– 15 minute warm-up – activation, mobilization, coordination

– Long Jog:
   a) quiet and comfortable – Run&Walk (approx. 45 minutes)
   b) committed (approx. 60-75 minutes pure running time)
   c) Marathonis (approx. 90 minutes pure running time)

– Cool down: five minutes of walking and relaxing exercises
