Running festivals temporarily close registration

Dear running enthusiasts!

Due to the currently uncertain situation, we, as organizers of the running festival in the city of Mozart, have decided to temporarily close the online registration for the competitions around the 17th Salzburg Marathon, which are planned for May 15th to 17th, 2020. We are taking this step resolutely to free the running community from an uncertain situation, as we are currently unable to communicate any accurate forecasts about the staging of the event.

As publicly emphasized in the last few days and especially yesterday, we are in intensive contact with all the important authorities, decision-makers and health facilities in the city and state of Salzburg. An important meeting is scheduled for next week in Salzburg, to which we, as organizers of the running festival in the city of Mozart, are invited together with the representatives of the most important Salzburg authorities.

We ask you to be patient for a few days. You will then find out via our communication channels as soon as possible in which direction the course is being set. If the Salzburg and Austrian authorities give the go-ahead, we will reopen registration for the Running Festival in the City of Mozart.
