Control and certification by the SLK

Ing. Hubert Schilchegger, Managing Director of SLK, carried out the inspection in the Volksgarten on Friday afternoon. "We have carefully checked all relevant requirements and ensured that the purchase, storage and preparation of all products are traceable. Since this is the case and all the food served in the catering trade and at the refreshment stations is really organic, I can hereby present the organic certification,” he announced.
