Before the competition

How does the bib pick-up work?

  • There are no starting numbers for the PUMA ShakeOutRun. It is a competition without timekeeping.

Which goodie can I get?

  • The first 100 runners will receive a PUMA T-shirt - according to the motto „First come, first served!“

How long can I register?

  • There are still places available. If the quota is exhausted, registration ends automatically.

How does timekeeping work?

  • There is no timekeeping at the PUMA ShakeOutRun. The focus is on enjoyable interaction with the community.

At the competition

Where and when is the meeting point?

  • The PUMA ShakeOutRun starts on Saturday, 16 May, at 1 pm in the Volksgarten.
  • We will meet beforehand to get in the mood for the PUMA ShakeOutRun together over a cosy organic coffee from Cup&Cino.

Which route will be run?

  • The PUMA ShakeOutRun takes you on a leisurely run through the city centre. You can find the route map here (scroll down).
  • The PUMA ShakeOutRun is led by the PUMA running guides.

What entertainment highlight awaits me?

  • DJane Anna Ullrich provides the perfect musical backdrop before the start, thanks to the mobile accompaniment by UniAthletics during the run and after the return to the Volksgarten.

Where does the PUMA ShakeOutRun end?

  • The seven-kilometre run ends in the Volksgarten with a small breakfast, drinks and a cosy get-together.
