Arrival by public transport in Mozart City

Excellent connections to the national and international rail network!
Both for arrival on the western route from Vienna or Linz (ÖBB, Westbahn), from Bavaria (ÖBB, DB, Meridian) or on the Tauern route from the south (ÖBB).

Arrival by car to Salzburg

We recommend carpooling!
We recommend choosing the Park & Ride options on the outskirts (Salzburg Süd, Messezentrum) and taking public transport to the city center.
Public parking garages near the city centre (e.g. Mönchsberggarage). If you park in the Mönchsberg/Altstadtgarage on 15, 16 or 17 May, you can have your ticket punched at our information stand and benefit from cheaper rates.
