About the exhibition

Welcome to the first M.INSIGHTS photo exhibition - a tribute to the moving moments of running, presented in the heart of the city of Mozart. From 13 to 19 May 2025, the JUFA Hotel Salzburg City will be transformed into a gallery full of emotions, dynamics and stories that capture the spirit of the running festival.

The photographers

Uwe Brandl

Graduate graphic designer and photographer in Salzburg, who has made a name for himself with his impressive emotional images. He has been the owner and operator of the salzburg-cityguide.at platform and photographer for 25 years now. Uwe captures the social events, beauty and charm of the city in unique images. His pictures capture the lively atmosphere and the people. Over this long period of time, he almost automatically creates a testimony to the city of Salzburg that is of great emotional and social value.

Christian Koehler

Christian is a passionate Salzburg hobby photographer who impresses with his trained eye for special perspectives.
He has been part of the Salzburg Marathon photography team for several years and captures the city's most important running event from unique angles. With a feel for the right moment, he delivers impressive shots that surprise and inspire the viewer.

Johannes Langer

organiser of the Salzburg Marathon, combines a passion for running and visual art. He has been working as a photographer for leading sporting goods brands for over 40 years and his images characterise the aesthetics of sport.
He is particularly well known for his running magazine RunUp, in which he captures the beauty and dynamism of running. With his experience and sense of emotion, he creates unforgettable moments - on the track and behind the camera.

Theresa Marka

Theresa Marka is a talented social media expert with a keen eye for photography and videography.
As part of the media team of the running festival in the city of Mozart, she captures the most impressive moments of the Salzburg running event and tells emotional stories in pictures and clips. Her work not only shows the dynamics of the sport, but also the personal highs and lows of the athletes - from the focussed start to the triumphant finish.

Bryan Reinhart

Bryan is a Canadian-Austrian photographer who lives and works in the picturesque city of Salzburg. With a special talent for the art of photography, he has made a name for himself by capturing the beauty and dynamism of sporting events. He is particularly well known for his impressive shots of the Salzburg Marathon, where he captures the energy and emotions of the participants in artistic images.

Alexander Black

Alex is a renowned Salzburg photographer who has made a name for himself internationally with his impressive aviation photography.
His passion for the perfect image is reflected not only in his fascinating shots of aeroplanes and helicopters, but also in his expressive portraits, which masterfully capture emotion and character.
